How do I receive home care services?

Step 1:  Request a prescription for a RN evaluation for home care services from your Primary Physician.

Step2 : Call a Home care agency of your choice and fax them a copy of the prescription

Do you provide IV therapy, Total Parental Nutrition therapy, Tracheostomy care, Ventilator care?

Answer: Yes  Holistic Approach Inc. staff are knowledgeable and able to care for your skilled nursing needs.

Do you provide LVN and Certified Home Health Aide hourly Care services?

Answer: Yes  Holistic Approach Inc. staff will assess your needs and submit an insurance authorization to request hourly shift care services.

Do you accept medical/CCS insurance ?

Answer: Yes Holistic Approach Inc. will submit a TAR ( Treatment authorization request )for services for medi-cal or submit a SAR (Service Authorization Request) for CCS (California Children's Services).
